Godwin Emefiele, the governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, appears to be a fanatic of a new religion he refers to as "cashless policy." Emefiele, a bogus prophet with a false message, is fortunate since Nigeria's most prominent and number one citizen has become a convert.
I don't understand how President Muhammadu Buhari came to think that Emefiele's alleged cashless agenda was anything more than a showpiece.
