On Monday, the Federal High Court in Abuja sent Ali Bello, the nephew of Yahaya Bello, the governor of Kogi State, back to prison.
Bello will testify in court on 18 counts that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission filed against him and three other defendants in connection with his alleged involvement in a N3 billion fraud.
