The Central Bank of Nigeria's (CBN) Director of Corporate Communication, Mr. Osita Nwanisobi, refutes allegations that the CBN gave banks the order to collect old N500 and N1,000 notes.
Mr. Osita published a message on the microblogging site Twitter in which he claimed that the rumor that deposit money banks accept old notes is untrue.
