President Muhammadu Buhari has reportedly achieved his goal of putting an end to the Boko Haram and Islamic State of West Africa Province (ISWAP) terrorist groups, according to former Chief of Army Staff Lt.-Gen. Tukur Buratai (ret.).
The President had pledged to crush the terrorists in his inaugural address on May 29, 2015, according to Buratai, who spoke with media yesterday in Abuja.
