The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), by one of its cash swap policies, distributed new naira notes to several bank customers on Friday via some authorized Point of Sale (POS) businesses in Abeokuta, the capital of Ogun State.
At the palace of the Alake of Egbaland, Oba Adedotun Aremu Gbadebo, Ake, Abeokuta, the POS operators were gathered, and numerous bank customers were permitted to withdraw N10,000 each.
