The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) governor, Godwin Emefiele, was not arrested as a result of a warrant not being signed by the House of Representatives Speaker, Femi Gbajabiamila, on Sunday.
The difficulties Nigerians experience as a result of the currency swap program, according to Gbajabiamila, would force the House to reconvene before this month's general elections.
